Money and Me- this program provides our youth with the tools and skills to become financially secure, responsible, and money conscious adults. It is designed to raise awareness for our youth by teaching them basic financial strategies. The goal of this program is to help our youth understand basic savings/investment principles and how to apply these standards in their day-to-day lives.  The topics covered include Credit, Budget, Banking & Investing.  This program is in partnership with Wells Fargo Bank.

about-classPath to Passion- this program focuses on 2 phases: 1) the Corporate Phase and 2) Entrepreneurship Phase. The primary goal of the Corporate phase is to help guide our youth on their career path by teaching them how to mentally get prepared into entering into the corporate world.  Our youth will undergo a career assessment test that will explore several different career paths that they can choose.  The topics covered include: How to interview for a job, how to write a resume, how to dress for an interview, and the educational requirements needed for the career that they will be seeking.

The primary goal of the Entrepreneurship phase is to show our youth how they can turn a passion into a lucrative business. The topics covered include:  Developing leadership skills, time management, goal setting, and budgeting.

Young Men on a Mission- this program provides young men with the tools and directions required to become the Gents that they were created to be. Topics covered include: Building self esteem, self belief, self love, responsibility, recognizing internal strengths, decision-making abilities, leadership, and discipline.

At the end of each program, our youth receive a certificate of completion and they are eligible to sit on the Junior Advisory Board.
